Mobilization of low-class energy by high-class politicians, for their purposes.
If all that 'low-class' energy ever mobilized for their own purposes, those high-class politicians would have to rethink everything and respond differently.
Low-class energy members being defined as the marginalized members of society by the upper-class (white) society, in order, women, Indians, Blacks, Latinos, and the white poor, followed by the white working class, though they would be the last to suspect they are not included.
American politics is more about class, than race.
