Indian Artifacts Auction - Bennett's Auctions, November 3, 2013

This is an interesting collection to look through. Outside of a museum, I don't recall seeing so many artifacts in one place.

Re: Indian Artifacts Auction - Bennett's Auctions, November 3, 2013

I tried to interest members of the Archaeological Society of New Jersey in chipping in 10 or 20 dollars each, in order to bid on some of these things for donating to the New Jersey State Museum.  Over 400 list members on that forum.  Got one person, besides myself, to say they'd do it.  LOL!  They're all for historic preservation--as long as somebody else is doing it!

That's a shame. I wish I could afford to bid on a few things, heck I'd donate them.
