Losing Identity:Native Americans in P.A.

Andrea Frantz's "well researched"??? paper. I would hesitate to guess that to be a Indian now you just have to claim it.............

Even her past history of the Lenape is wrong. She makes that old "clan designation to the subtribe" mistake. yikes

HE! NP,

I'd get a headache trying to read all her "history". G lancing thru it, many of her statements were really WRONG.  And her references included VERY  few of the people whose scholarship I respect.

Ward Church ??? I notice she did refer to Herb K. and Jim R. articles in bulletins of the ASNJ. She needs to read the WHOLE  of each bulletin to even be clued in a little . . . .

This is a lazy person's research. She cited Lee Sultzman's website as a source. When was any website a source for academic research? I'm no expert by far. I've only been researching the Lenape since 2000 but even I can see the mistakes.

HE! NP,  ONLY been studying the Lenape since 2000? That's a pretty good record.

I've been studying  Lenape History and culture since 1956 . . . .  but my eyes aren't as sharp as they used to be. LOL

I fell in to that stack of ASNJ bulletins you gave to the tribe and didn't come up for air............
